  • Strategic goals: Next, we reviewed where the Developer wanted to go from there. We made sure their short-term and long-term business objectives are clear and obtainable with the right strategy.

Solutions: Roadmap and guidance

Together, we created a 360-degree roadmap for the next year—not just a few quick fixes here and there, but a complete plan covering everything from integrating the right tools to monetisation strategies and investment planning. Key focus areas included:

  • Foundational analytics: Established basic analytics and a data warehouse to gather game events.

  • Machine learning: Developed machine learning tools for personalised player experiences, including:

    • Dynamic game difficulty

    • Personalised in-app purchase bundles

    • Notifications unique for each player

  • Weekly sessions: Provided ongoing guidance to make sure clarity and effectiveness in strategy execution, help the developer avoid common pitfalls and use their resources wisely.
